Separate the certificate management in another tab

Nowadays, we some just two tabs: Issue Certificate and Certificate Authorities (CA).

With my ideia, we will have three tabs: Issue a Certificate, Normal Certificates and Certificate Authorities (CA).

• Issue Certificate: You can issue (create) a new certificate based on an existent Certificate Authority (CA).

• Normal Certificates: You can manage the normal certificates (non-CA). The user will can list, see informations or delete the certificates created by MySelfSSL.

• Certificate Authorities (CA): You can manage the Certificate Authorities's certificates. The user will can list, see informations or delete the certificates created by MySelfSSL.
