No usb connection

• USB debugging is on
• android app not recognized in windows app interface using wired connection
• android app works via QR code network connection
• wired connection verified to work with other apps (file management, etc.)

Devices used:

• XMG NEO15 M22 laptop (running windows11 enterprise version 24H2, build 26100.6899)
• nubia z50s pro smarphone (running "MyOS13.5.10_NX713J_GB" based on android13, kernel version 515.144

Did you start the app in the correct order? (Plug the phone first and then open the windows app?)

Take a look into the app.log file. Did the ADB start successfully?
Sometimes, I figured, adb might not close properly and the process is still alive in task manager, therefor a new adb connection won't be opened. As a workaround, for now, ending the adb process and starting VCamdroid again should solve the problem.
