Default installation path does not align with selected scope (Project scope)

The install tool does not default to the correct installation path when selecting "Project" installation scope.

Steps to reproduce:

• Run the install script
• Select tools to install for, Databricks profile and Project installation scope.

Current behaviour:

• Install path prompt defaults to home directory

Expected behaviour:

• Install path prompt should default to current directory
