Hi everyone,
Is there any update on this? I found this tar file https://github.com/theislab/neural_organoid_atlas/blob/main/Fig6_HNOCA-extended/hnoca_extended_scpoli_model.tar.gz but am not sure whether this is the correct pretrained reference model.

I am now trying to train the model myself using scvi and scanvi on an HPC infrastructure and already had to troubleshoot quite a lot.
