Tab for local mcp servers

When you add a MCP server that you made and add it to the registry by using the cli, it does not show up in the my servers in docker desktop.  It would be nice if there was another  "my catalog" tab that would hold "installed servers" so you could take care of the secrets, etc, and also easy turn them off and on.
