Replace the placeholder Pages site with the real BreakPoint landing page

This switches GitHub Pages over to the existing standalone landing design, keeps akakika.com as the intended custom domain, and wires the hero/footer download buttons to the latest GitHub release DMG so the site acts like a real release page instead of a temporary scaffold.

Constraint: The repository already had a working static landing page outside the repo and the download CTA needed to follow the latest GitHub release
Rejected: Keep the temporary placeholder page | lower quality and duplicates existing design work

Scope-risk: narrow
Directive: If the landing page changes again, keep the release.js wiring aligned with the repo name and CTA ids
Tested: Pages workflow success, live release asset lookup integration by inspection
Not-tested: Browser rendering on the live custom domain after DNS cutover
