Description

• Add a Visual Studio zone-pivot for the VS Code console app tutorial series. Include the following articles:

  • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tutorials/with-visual-studio-code
  • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tutorials/debugging-with-visual-studio-code
  • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tutorials/publishing-with-visual-studio-code
  • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tutorials/library-with-visual-studio-code
  • https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/tutorials/testing-library-with-visual-studio-code

• Rename and redirect the Visual Studio Code series so the file name doesn't include "with-visual-studio-code"

• Remove and redirect the Visual Studio tutorial series.

• Update the TOC to remove the sections for Use Visual Studio and Use Visual Studio Code so the combined tutorials are directly under the Tutorials tree.
