Conversation abstraction

With the IChatClient, some providers manage conversation histories (e.g. OpenAI, Mistral), however MEAI doesn't support retrieving them. It would be nice to have an abstraction to list conversations and fetch their content in a MEAI format. That could be implemented by the providers but could also be replaced by a "self-hosted" conversation history.
