Multiple releases for .NET 10

I am trying to update the .NET 10 package in Fedora to .NET 10.

I go to the release page and see multiple releases marked as ".NET 10.0.3"

Which one should I consume? How do I distinguish between the two? They both point to the same tag. My policy of using the latest .NET 10 is no longer working because the release assets - such as the tarball signature - are missing in the latest.

I create Release in the repos manually right now. I have added a specific step in our tic toc to not create one in dotnet/dotnet repo going forward.
