[add-build-metaddata] Support multiple packages in sources #3
Description
Context
Currently the add-build-metaddata has to have exactly on package id in order to be able to discover build files in sources.
We can use MSBuild PackageId property and nuspec Id property to automatically discover package names.
At the same time the BuildDescriptionFinder should support getting multiplenuget ids
