Support COMMENT on an INDEX

I had a PR open to the old gem which supported reading comments from indexes and presenting them in the annotation.

I still want to have that functionality.

Would you merge such a thing?

Hi @olleolleolle, I don't see why it couldn't be added. My ask would be to add another flag/option to make it an opt-in feature.
