Fix Student Deployment Scripts

• change name
• Change storage and VHD to variable

deployStudentVM.sh

• generalize (remove MIT reference)
• Output file of .json that is created? (location assumes current directory)
• Add and test code to add user rights to new machine
• Add Certificate Auth
• Access VM from other machine? Not automating, student is on their own!
• Connecting to shared storege to upload homework?
• Mount a shared Azure File storage
