No, I cannot. It's Chinese, which I cannot read, and asks me to sign in, which I'm not inclined to do.

The certificate from that site looks OK. AFAIK there have been no changes in JGit in the HTTP transport relating to SSL/TLS. (It's a bit strange, though, that there are no additional exception traces anywhere. From looking through the code I think there should be.)
