CTF2 metadata seems to read the same json node twice

Bug Description:

Opening the attached trace throws the following error:
org.eclipse.tracecompass.ctf.core.CTFException: org.eclipse.tracecompass.internal.ctf.core.event.metadata.ParseException: Type has already been defined: tag
However in the metadata file, the type appears only once.
