[Bug] MSRV not aligned with other zenoh repositories

Describe the bug

I'm maintainer of zenoh Yocto meta layer and I build zenoh projects from many Rust toolchain. zenoh-python use manifest version 4 (which break 1.75 MSRV) and from 1.8.0 release some pinned dependencies required edition2024 which bump zenoh-python MSRV to 1.85.

I would know if this break is ok and assumed or if you have pan to align with other zenoh repositories ?

To reproduce

Build from Rust 1.75

System info

zenoh-python 1.8.0 with Rust 1.75 from x86_64, aarch64 and armv7
