Displays layout in settings isn't updated after choosing Use previous settings

What Happened?

When putting the displays in a different layout, pressing apply, but then you choose Use previous settings the displays layout in the settings isn't restored to the previous settings. Notable is that as soon as you start dragging it does update.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Displays settings
2. Change layout (for example move one display above another display)
3. In the popup choose Use previous settings

Expected Behavior

The layout in the settings to also be restored to the previous settings. So they are in sync with the actual layout.

Classic Session (X11, This is the default)
