Cleanup sponge_attr, sponge_grassper_attr, sponge_score_attr

**Describe the new feature**
Remove these attrs, and merge the APIs into other attrs.

Specifically,
- Add a force reading API in softbody attr
- Add a `threshold` param in `SetParent` in `baseattr`
