Add support for config file for defaults to sdb

Such as including default source path for a project, specific port, etc.

It'd be great if this could also include some breakpoints - or a path to a file that listed them. Then building plugins for different IDEs would be abstracted to just needing to create such a file.

Love this project! (I'm using an Atom + command line based workflow atm)

@alexcouper, hey there! Glad to hear about there being some interest in that side. Given that the commandline interface for sdb is its own programming language with an interpreter, I just need to add the ability to load scripts from a file and interpreter them. Then, you could have a file like...

sourcepath "some/source/path"
bp "path/to/file.scala" 32
attach 5005

to load some source files, set a breakpoint, and then attach to a JVM running on port 5005. Maybe have a commandline option like sdb --eval-file path/to/file or something.

Maybe slightly related to #321 for running a file from sdb interactively.
