simplified model does not have poi defined

Hi guys, I am trying to simplify the pyhf model given below, x.json. I want r_sig_TChiWH_600_200 to be the poi, but no matter how I convert it, subsequent usage by pyhf either tells me that the poi is not defined ("pyhf.exceptions.InvalidModel: The parameter of interest 'mu_Sig' cannot be fit as it is not declared in the model specification."). How can I simplify the file below? [ I can of course give more details, but is this being answered at all? ] Thanks in advance,

Hi Wolfgang! Tagging @kratsg, @matthewfeickert, @lukasheinrich as I think they might be more in touch with what pyhf has been up to recently. Given that this repo hasn't really been maintained in 4 years, is it possible that it is just no longer compatible with newer pyhf versions?
