Connect Thanks.dev to OpenCollective

We currently have the integration with Thanks.dev enabled on the repositories, so all the money there will remain there until the integration with OpenCollective is completed.

These are the donors listed there:

To maintain transparency, it would be good to establish this connection. Additionally, it would also be good to do this, since according to the site, if the funds are not claimed, they are redistributed elsewhere https://thanks.dev/faq

We don't have a plan to utilize these funds, and redeeming is a manual process so this would currently create more overhead. There's also some transfer fees involved. I'm not sure this is worth bothering with right now, and we should first figure out what we need funding for.

I checked the fee and it's $1.13 for OpenCollective, income is ~$250/quarter per organization. So we wouldn't lose a lot to fees if we wanted to do this on a certain cadence. That said, it is something we need someone to do, so it's new work unless we can automate it somehow.
