Target .net 5 Core

I'd love to use this, but most of my code targets aspnet 5 core only...

can you target the new stack?

@TerribleDev, I have targeted parser project into dotnet core. If you have interest you could get it here #69 .
Disclaimer: I have not moved tests because of it dependencies, which had no targeted to core yet.

@clmcgrath I can only apologise. I'm grateful for the input into this project as I never thought it would grow as popular as it has; and it is nice to see people interested in contributing.

I have unfortunately got to the point now where I can no longer support this project to the extent that I would like. Since I moved back to the UK my job demands more of my time and all the PRs left open for months (and years) is a direct result of this.

I would be happy to open the project up to more contributors if anyone was interested.

I'd be interested in helping maintain the project. Really all it needs it to be brought into the .NET Core era and perhaps some clear some of the issue backlog and it will be a "done" (versus "dead") project for a long time to come. Now that the .Net Core project structure and SDK have finally stabilized, it's the perfect time to do that.

This will need to be done again for new format with 2017 I may submit a or for that if I use this on a project again in the future using powerargs for the time being
