Archive - long entries cannot be renamed

Describe the bug
After importing a .nfc file with a long filename the rename-icon is missing.

To Reproduce

1. Import a .nfc name with a long filename (more than 21 characters without extension?)
2. Observe that the rename icon is missing in the detail view

Expected behavior
Imported Names get truncated or rejected
OR
Renaming is possible, with a restriction that overly long names cannot be saved
