IR Remote drag to reorder is broken

In the infrared remote view, if I drag to reorder, it seems to drag the item from the current saved position rather than the actively dragged position.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Goto infrared
2. Learn a new remote
3. Save multiple new signals (I have about 10)
4. Sync to phone
5. Edit list, type some new names for entries
6. Try dragging

Actual behaviour

1. I shouldn't have to hold for a second before the drag option engages
2. Any newly typed names (unsaved) are forgotten
3. If you move more than one step while dragging, it forgets what you had hold of (I think it's using the one at your current position rather than the one you started with)

Expected behavior

1. Dragging should be immediate if I touch and drag from the handle
2. Any changed text is retained when I start dragging
3. The item I start dragging shouldn't change mid-drag
