Ensure Support for Spring Boot 4.0 and Spring 7.0

Description

Spring Boot 4.0 and Spring 7.0 is expected for Nov 2025. We should test against it to ensure compatibility.

We've just released https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/releases/tag/8.21.0 which adds sentry-spring-boot-4 and sentry-spring-7, supporting M2.

We've recently released https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-java/releases/tag/8.22.0 , https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-android-gradle-plugin/releases/tag/5.12.0 and https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-maven-plugin/releases/tag/0.9.0 to support M3.

We have another PR open to bump Spring Boot 4 to RC1. So far it doesn't seem to be necessary since all we did was change our own tests. This means our current version of the SDK should be good to combine with the RC1 release of Spring Boot 4.
