Does a PAT-authenticates Copilot Request respect Enterprise data policy? #2277

Describe the bug
As an enterprise subscription owner, if I create a PAT to automate workflows using "Copilot Requests", which only authenticate at the individual user level against public repositories.
My question is, will my organization's internal data(document, code, and etc.) still be governed by enterprise policies, and is it guaranteed to be excluded from Copilot training?

"Copilot Requests" permission for enterprise owned token.

There are no pages describing "Copilot Request" permission for enterprise usage.
