Fix egit integration

I tried running the Eclipse egit tool to get SuperCollider, and it contains several issues.

1. eclipse couldn't find default.properties
2. it added the entire repository as a source dir
3. it referred to the project as "ScanVox-SuperCollider" due to a dependency in ScanVox (this will probably trigger a new Issue in Scanvox when it's fixed)

I'm investigating making this nicer...
