@MOHAMEDELDAKDOUKY I fixed the main code a bit and added some instructions.
This paper is implemented in MovingShadRem.cpp. You can find the source code for the other methods at MCSS and ShadowRemoval. You can add all the .h and .cpp files to your project and test the program.
