You have a demo video in the README of this repository and the "Shortcuts" section. If you still have doubts, maybe this video by Alan Young may help you.

As a side note, please, try to not write sentences completely capitalized to emphasize something, because it transmits to other users you are yelling them. Bold and italics are enough if you want to emphasize.

Come on man, quit being a typical message board curmudgeon. Reminds me of trying to figure out Linux in the early 2000s. And then people wondered why Linux didn't take off. It's because of unhelpful curmudgeons that would rather critique how the question was asked rather than provide a simple answer.

And yes, the documentation is poor. The readme is barebones with no mention of how to use the plugin. The video demo has no playhead so you can't easily pick a section to rewatch, and I'm not even sure it shows how to use the plugin.

Anyway, the answer to the question, for anyone else who may look in here and happen to only find unhelpful and passive-aggressive comments, the way that you use the plugin is to type:
