bug: GitHub Organization not appearing in Cloud Integrations across multiple workspaces

Description

I am unable to connect my GitHub organization to Huly Cloud. Despite being the Organization Owner and having the Huly GitHub App installed, the organization does not appear in the "GitHub Integration" section when trying to connect repositories with Tracks. This issue persists even when I try to connect it to a completely different Huly workspace under the same account.

Steps taken to resolve:

• Verified Organization Owner status on GitHub.
• Disabled all "Third-party application access restrictions" in GitHub Organization settings to allow all apps.
• Uninstalled and re-installed the Huly GitHub App multiple times.
• Tested across different Huly workspaces, but the organization remains missing in all of them.
• Cleared browser cache, tried Incognito mode, and disabled all ad-blockers.
• Verified the Huly OAuth app has been granted access at the individual user level.

Expected Behavior

The GitHub organization should be visible in the dropdown menu under GitHub Integrations in any workspace so repositories can be mapped to Tracks.

Actual Behavior

The organization is missing from the list everywhere. Console logs consistently show failures in model transactions and metadata fetching.

Error Logs:
