Monitor HDMI Output Aspect Ratio Issue

My second EventVRX had a channel go out of it again (second one to do this) and I was hoping to use our monitor output, plugged into the same multiplexer to cover that 4th channel. However, the aspect ratio from the monitor is much different than the VRX. Could the firmware be updated to include the same aspect ratio as the EventVRX?
