Describe the bug
When one opens the App and the network is slow, there is a persistent pop-up at the bottom of the screen, which reads: "Uh oh! Looks like we are unable to establish a connection". This pop-up persists even while there is a network and the App is busy connecting and if one tries to swipe it down, the whole screen comes down, due to the "reach" function. This is highly anoying and a duplication of what is already written in the centre of the screen. This is not new to iOS 26.4.
To Reproduce
Slow, to very slow Network - open the iOS App.
Expected behavior
Remove the pop-up, as it is a duplication of what is already written at the centre of the screen.
