Add 3 new modern development terms to the IT Terms & Jargons Dictionary that are relevant to contemporary software engineering practices.

Proposed Terms

1. Biome

A modern, fast, all-in-one development toolchain that combines linting, formatting, and code analysis. Positioned as a faster alternative to ESLint and Prettier.

2. DORA Metrics

DevOps Research and Assessment metrics for measuring software delivery performance. Critical framework for engineering team effectiveness.

3. WebAssembly (WASM)

A binary instruction format enabling near-native performance in web browsers. Foundational technology for high-performance web applications.

Acceptance Criteria

• Each term follows the existing format (Category, Description, Related Terms)
• No existing terms deleted or modified
• Descriptions are concise and industry-accurate
