Add reminder to assignee of gitlab merge requests #8
In the same way, we have reminders about youtrack issue, it would be a good feature if we could have reminders about open gitlab merge requests.
1, If the merge request has unresolved discussions then the a notification should be sent to the author of the merge request.
2, If the merge request has no unresolved discussions then it should poke the person assigned to the issue.
