Missing changelog for v11 releases

Hi 👋

I noticed that version 11 has been released, but I haven't been able to find a proper changelog documenting the changes. Especially any breaking changes from the previous major version.

Currently, the only reference I could find is a commit marked as "breaking", but it doesn't provide enough context to understand the impact or necessary migration steps.

Could you please publish a changelog for v11 or point to one if it already exists?

The diff between v6.0.8 and v11 seems to indicate only building tool changes, but the large version increase sounds like breaking changes were introduced (supposing that this project follows semver)?

The versions were changed to match the versioning of vue-i18n, the commit history is a bit confusing.

v6 => v11

Breaking changes

• include option has changed - if unset it will fallback/default to include all json, json5, yaml, js, ts files + vue i18n blocks
  • I recommend setting this to [] or an array of paths or regex patterns matching files you want to include, to prevent non-i18n files from being included.
  • This change was made to support rolldown
• raises minimum node version from 18 to 20

v7 => v12

Breaking changes

• same as v11
• raises vue-i18n from v11 to v12
