2fa for path-parse

Related to https://github.com/browserify/resolve/issues/169. It would be great if `path-parse` required 2fa for publishing (it may already). Maintainers can toggle this in the npm website ui for the package or [via the CLI](https://blog.npmjs.org/post/175861857230/two-factor-authentication-protection-for-packages).
