Compatiblity with MathOptIIS:0.2

Hi,

MathOptAnalyzer ist currently "only" compatible with MathOptIIS:0.1; howver the latest version of HiGHS.jl requires MathOptIIS:0.2. As we use both MathOptAnayzer and HiGHS in our software stack we would appreciat if MathOptAnayzer could also support MathOptIIS:0.2. If desired, I can also investiage the necessary changes (seems that a simple update in the Project.toml compat section is not sufficent as MathOptIIS:0.2 is a "real" breaking change) and open an PR, but maybe you prefree looking into that yourself.
