Add clarification to help resolve misconceptions in the community. (#87)
At FOSDEM speaking in person with community members, on Reddit,
and on the F-Droid Matrix channel (and no doubt other sources),
many people have confidently asserted that it is great how Google
has 'Backed Down' from their proposal. This is false, and has
lead to complacency which we would like to address.

### Clarifications
281
+
282
+
Contrary to a vague mention on a social media post from someone affiliated with Google
283
+
that there may be some "advanced flow" to bypass verification,
284
+
Google's [description of the program](https://developer.android.com/developer-verification) continues to state plainly that:
285
+
286
+
> Starting in September 2026, Android will require all apps to be registered by verified developers in order to be installed on certified Android devices
287
+
288
+
Until such time that they have shown evidence that it will be possible to bypass the verification process without undue friction,
289
+
we must believe what is stated on their official page: that all apps from non-registered developers will be blocked
