Finish the first version of the ABI Specification

ABI Specification document

The goal of this task is to improve it, expand it, and make it complete as v1.0.0 eventually.

• rewrite it so it complies with the System V ABI: registers
• ultimately, use the syscall register instead of interrupt-based approach
