What happened to the changelog?

I'm currently trying to modernize some apps and this library is a bit of a blackbox. https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md seems like it was abandoned, and at the same time neither https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java/wiki/2.-Versioning-and-Compatibility nor https://github.com/kubernetes-client/java/releases really call out any sort of detail.

Is there some other location we should be looking to understand the changes? Or is it expected we dig into every commit that's happened between releases?

Because the versions change every time there is a new Kubernetes Release (3-4 months) there are a lot of version changes where very little has happened other than the API has been regenerated for Kubernetes. There are various bug fixes and things like that which you can find in the pull request or version history, but the major change each release is supporting a new Kubernetes minor version.
