Update the package to 6.0 and full sendable / structured concurrency support

Add sendable conformance to types where appropriate and ensure the package uses the 6.0 build tools version with concurrency options enabled.

So sorry for the delayed response. The package should support full sendable and structured concurrency in the latest version. Is there a particular area you notice where this isn't the case?
