Telemetry for DevGuard Instances & Scanner

For the project's steering and prioritization, it is essential to stay user focused. Therefore, it would be great to be able to gather anonymous telemetry data of devguard api, web and scanner instances when they start. Data would contain something like:

• The used version
• An ID calculated from other unique data (something like a hash maybe over instance domain and other parameters) to identify same origin
• Org count or other data not PII that generalizes

This must be logged to be transparent for users and there needs to be an env to disable.

It would be cool to display gathered data publicly for transparency. Maybe in the docs project on a subpage. Version distribution etc.
