Improve the PDF output from ReadTheDocs platform

Summary

Current default PDF output from the RTD version of the docs is not optimal and it can use several improvements.

• better text & page formatting
• consistency in image sizes
• accessibility

Same is valid for Kolibri docs, so efforts toward this will be shared.

Hopefully, after the 0.13 release is shipped, I can pick up and build up on the great foundation by Ivan!
