Flow types

Add .js.flow files for every Icon with the flow type

Ok, the only problem that might come up is that the components are generated twice, right? Once of the index module and once for the single files

Maybe, I haven't got around to work on this. I might have some time on the weekend.
Will let you know when I tested it.

The index module got removed in 5.0.0
Maybe you want to try again with Flow typings?
