Move existing documentation from picoforge repo

It would be better to move all documentation related to picoforge and the firmwares into a single central location, that would be this website

This issue is to track the need to do that for https://github.com/librekeys/picoforge/tree/main/docs

Other issues need to be created to track the moving of documentation that is in firmwares repositories
