Incorrect Title Case in Package Description #495

Steps to reproduce the issue.

  1. Download can-utils_2023.03-1_amd64.deb to Desktop
  2. Run dpkg-deb --info ./can-utils_2023.03-1_amd64.deb

Note the title in the description: [OK]
Description: SocketCAN userspace utilities and tools
CAN is a message-based network protocol designed for vehicles originally ...

  1. Open can-utils_2023.03-1_amd64.deb with Package Installer

Note the description title is now formatted [NOK]

The issue is that the package description is being formatted in camel case ("Socketcan Userspace Utilities And Tools") instead of the expected title case ("SocketCAN userspace utilities and tools"). This formatting discrepancy can cause confusion for users trying to understand the package's purpose. Another example: NASA PLC will become Nasa Plc; BASF -> Basf; GmbH -> Gmbh

Expectation: use the original title description without formatting to avoid any confusion
