RealtimeModel (GA) with gpt-realtime-1.5: incomplete transcripts and turn detection issues

Describe the bug

Plugin version: @livekit/agents-plugin-openai@1.0.50
Model: gpt-realtime-1.5
Using openai.realtime.RealtimeModel (GA class)
Transcript events are mostly lost - only last few words captured
Agent stops speaking and waits for user prompt instead of continuing autonomously
Works fine with gpt-4o-realtime-preview on the same plugin version

hi @nadavsh-monday, #1243 should address any azure openai gpt-realtime-1.5 issues. please feel free to try it out and let me know if it works for you!
