Should we set links objects in the base FlowCfg instead of just SimCfg? #163
Description
This is prompted by a [comment(https://github.com//pull/146#discussion_r3030309064) from @AlexJones0 and he's right: it would probably make sense to be able to see passing/failing formal logs in the same way as we see them for simulations.
