Feature request: MY_NAME in Adif export data

Add field MY_NAME while exporting ADIF, because OPERATOR field is callsign, but not name "Petr". We used this field in last contest, but it is also nice to have own name in ADIF data.

So beside of "Operator callsign" there can be "Operator name".

I really dont want to add a MY_NAME field to Station Locations, however as the QSO is assigned against a user_id we could grab the users name from that this is probably the best solution

Maybe it could be only in contest mode and it would be beside of operator callsign
