How can I import a model into Unreal Engine with all morphs to customize a character in Unreal Engine?

There is no UI option for doing this. Loading a mesh with some 1.2k morphs, many which are logically mutually exclusive, does not make much sense.

There are a number of character editors made for other systems, based on the MakeHuman target assets. What they do is take the CC0 target files from https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/tree/master/src/mpfb/data/targets and build functionality for loading these on a per-need basis in the target system. The target file format is very simple.

If you still want to load all targets onto a single mesh, you can do so via a relatively simple blender script iterating over https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/blob/master/src/mpfb/data/targets/target.json and https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/blob/master/src/mpfb/data/targets/macrodetails/macro.json and using bulk_load_targets in TargetService, https://github.com/makehumancommunity/mpfb2/blob/master/src/mpfb/services/targetservice.py#L695
