Fix Truncating child reg/update emails

It appears on the child update form that at times the text that the user submits gets truncated (example shared in slack on 3/10) I did not test it out but it seems as if maybe there is a character limit that is not obvious to the front end user or something? For example the form that is submitted reads "Kaidyn would do best as the youngest child, and perhaps after settling he would be great with a younger child as he has acted in a…" but the user reports they completed the sentence.

Investigated but could not reproduce this issue. Attempted to overflow the individual fields and the entire email template itself by using large chunks of lorem ipsum copy, but had no issues with truncation.

Based on a close examination of the email exhibiting this issue, there's no discernible pattern for where the text is being cut off. Some of the text gets cut off mid-line, so I don't think it has anything to do with the template itself (e.g. some lines being truncated because they're too long or there's unwanted CSS in play). There are also examples with extraneous characters (a second period after a few spaces), which makes it seem like something was attempted to be copied/pasted and wasn't included.

I do wonder if it has something to do with where the text is being copied from. I.e. if it's being taken from an application that applies its own formatting, it's possible that the formatting is causing some of the message to be pasted properly while the rest of it is getting cut off. It's very hard to diagnose that from the end of the chain where we get the email, but that's my best guess as to how this could happen without someone noticing what's going on.
